Our Story
Where the Zibibbo
Grape Began
“Simple ingredients, genuine recipes, and a passion for the table that runs through everything we do.”
The zibibbo grape — also known as Muscat of Alexandria — is one of the oldest genetically unmodified vines still in existence. It arrived in Italy in 1773 from the Arab nations, where it was called zibibb. We carry that ancient heritage to Stafford, Virginia.
Fresh herbs and vegetables, naturally raised meats and fish, the finest imported cheeses and handmade pasta — served in a setting that blends old-world warmth with modern elegance. Every dish tells a story. Every visit feels like coming home.
