The Zibibbo Story
The zibibbo grape — also known as Muscat of Alexandria — is one of the oldest genetically unmodified vines still in existence. It arrived in Italy in 1773 from the Arab nations, where it was called zibibb. Italy's perfect climate and rich soil transformed it into a symbol of winemaking mastery.
Zibibbo 73 brings the spirit of that heritage to Stafford, Virginia. Fresh herbs and vegetables, naturally raised meats and fish, the finest imported cheeses and pasta — served in a setting that blends old-world warmth with modern elegance.
